Gory Piranha Images Turn the Water Red
Violence! Mayhem! Fish with teeth! Bodies shredded! We really like what we're seeing coming out of Arizona lately as another set of behind-the-scenes photos have surfaced from Aja's 3D Piranha, this time depicting a healthy bit of carnage!
Bloody Disgusting scored the goods. Click on the teaser image below to check out some pretty insane shots!
Synopsis
After a sudden underwater tremor sets free scores of the prehistoric man-eating fish, an unlikely group of strangers must band together to stop themselves from becoming fish food for the area’s new razor-toothed residents. But our heroine (Elisabeth Shue) is seriously outnumbered, and with only one chance to save the lake and her family from totally being devoured, she must risk everything to destroy the aquatic carnivores herself."
Look for Piranha in theatres in 2010.

This movie looks really good. Especially the lesbianism.

I have a lot of faith in this film despite greatly disling Aja's Mirrors. I think this will be nothing short of great though. Now it's just about time to go buy the original Pirhana movies on DVD if I can find them.

Holy shit. Though I really shouldn't have expected anything less from Aja and Levasseur. This movie is gonna be gory non-stop carnage!
Although, it also kinda looks like the morning after everybody got bent on Margaritas and Strawberry Daquiris. And then got seasick.
Which may be even more gross.
