Two Sign On for Ghosts/Aliens
It's been about two months since last we heard anything new concerning the paranormal based comedy in the works from Paramount Vantage based upon Trey Hamburger's supernatural comedy novel Ghosts/Aliens, but now a bit of casting news has come to light!
THR reports this morning that Jonathan Sadowski and Keir O'Donnell have been tapped to star in the series pilot for Comedy Central that also is being developed as a feature film for Viacom sibling Paramount Vantage.
Ghost/Aliens follows the exploits of two stoner friends, Trey Hamburger (Sadowski) and Mike Stevens (O'Donnell), who join together on a pot-inspired quest to uncover the truth about the things that go bump in the night.
Joining the duo in the pilot will be Rebecca Wisocky as Trey's cougar mom Deb Hamburger and Kaylee DeFer as a fellow alien hunter and possible love interest.
The word is that if the pilot does well and becomes a series, the cast would be attached to star in the movie.
