Death Arrives! The Final Destination Trailer
The time has come. The bell has tolled. Death's not about to be cheated again. Well, of course he/she/it is! If not, we wouldn't have a movie! The trailer for David R. Ellis' The Final Destination is now live, and we've got a peek at it for ya!
Synopsis:
"On what should have been a fun-filled day at the races, Nick O’Bannon has a horrific premonition in which a bizarre sequence of events causes multiple race cars to crash, sending flaming debris into the stands, brutally killing his friends and causing the upper deck of the stands to collapse on him. When he comes out of this grisly nightmare, Nick panics, persuading his girlfriend, Lori, and their friends, Janet and Hunt, to leave… escaping seconds before Nick’s frightening vision becomes a terrible reality. Thinking they’ve cheated death, the group has a new lease on life, but unfortunately for Nick and Lori, it is only the beginning. As his premonitions continue and the crash survivors begin to die one-by-one — in increasingly gruesome ways — Nick must figure out how to cheat death once and for all before he, too, reaches his final destination. The film marks the latest in the highly popular “Final Destination” series, and its first 3D installment, giving horror fans an especially visceral thrill ride."
Look for the film in theatres August 28th!

Sometimes it seems horror filmmakers sit around and rack their brains trying to think of new locations, events, or occupations to base slasher movies around. For example, a new indie slasher is in the works titled Burlesque Massacre. Don't recall any slasher type horror flicks built entirely around burlesque dancing, do you?

It does look good. But, it is a typical modern day horror trailer, I counted at least five death spoilers. Not sure how many friends he pulled out, but there won't be any surprises, except maybe the final death.

I wanna see it now! I was kinda interested before, but this looks like it could be very good or at least filled with vicious deaths.

But if I don't have to hear you fan boys bitching about the final product. When you more then likely will hate it. I will go to H2 by myself. But that is just a worst case scenario if I get the 8.50 for a ticket. Which I would rather spend on pot and cigarettes..........

I am not going to see either one how does that sound?

Well, seeing as you can see one entertainingly original film or Sheri Moon Zombie compelling Jason...er...Michael to kill it's not rocket science. :)

After watching Final Destination 2 again a few nights ago I'm definitely stoked for this. Looks brutally epic!

2 Was a vicious little film. Some would even say mean spirited! Here's to hoping for more of that!

Oh man, I literally laughed my ass off when the dude got sliced into pieces by that flying barbed-wire fence! So many great kills in that movie it isn't even funny. Oh and the kid being smooshed by the giant pane of glass = Greatness.
Hell, it's written and directed by the guys who did FD2 so I can only expect more mean spirited carnage.
