Nope. He doesn't look right at all. I still think this should have been Hugh Jackman, and there should be a lot more practical effects.

Agreed. But I'm not surprised they didn't wanna ugly up Brolin's mug too much. Not that he's a terribly handsome fella to begin with. Hell, I'm surprised they didn't do away with the scar altogether.
