Reminder! This Saturday is FREE COMIC BOOK DAY!

We all love freebies, and what's better than free comic books? Not much! In fact it's an excellent opportunity to read some of comic's best writers, get your kids hooked, or just bring some friends to take advantage of some free swag on!

It's all going down on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009. Call up your local shops and see if they have any special events going on as well, as we've seen signings from famous comic pros listed in the past. Most of it should be posted on the official Free Comic Book Day website, but you never know. Calling never hurts!

What can you scoop up this year? Zombies, Homers, sexy water chicks, sexy devil chicks, Avengers, Green Lantern, Wolverine, awesome indie titles ... the sky's the limit!
