Among Friends, the highly anticipated feature directorial debut of Scream Queen Danielle Harris, will feature music from veteran rock band 8Stops7, who will be playing this March as part of The VenAustin Tour, culminating at SXSW. 8Stops7 is promoting their 4th album, Fables. “We wanted to write something that’s like a kick in the teeth,” says Rodney Amieva, guitarist. Among Friends producers were looking for just that when seeking music for the horror/comedy, which is currently making waves at the European Film Market and is repped worldwide by Aspect Film.
