Directed by Chris Nahon (who did the Jet Li action flick Kiss of the Dragon), Blood: The Last Vampire is about a young warrior girl who must fight a demon in order to protect humanity. Sounds basic, but something about the trailer made it seem not stale or repetitive. No word on when we’ll get to check out Blood: The Last Vampire Stateside, but as soon as we hear, you will, too! You've never heard of the animated feature or the ancillery anime series? Do yourself a favor and check out the feature Heather, it's totally kick ass (and I am not an anime fanatic by any stretch) and considered a classic. :) I am realllllly looking forward to this film.
