IESB.net reports that Sam Huntington is the latest addition to the cast of the project, which is based on the worldwide comic phenomenon originally known as Dylan Dog. Huntington was recently seen in the indie film Fanboys and played Jimmy Olsen in Bryan Singer’s Superman Returns. In Dead of Night Huntington will play Marcus, the sidekick to main protagonist Dylan Dog, who is being portrayed by the former Superman himself, Brandon Routh. Routh’s character is a private investigator thrown into the supernatural world of vampires, werewolves, and other things that go bump in the night. Dead of Night started filming last week in New Orleans, and casting is still being completed. No official release date has been slated for the movie just yet.
