Steven R. McQueen Joins Vampire Diaries
The name is certainly familiar, and for horror fans soon the face will be, too. According to this morning's Variety, Steven R. McQueen, grandson of "the" Steve McQueen, has been signed for the CW Network's upcoming "Vampire Diaries."
No telling how closely "Diaries" will follow its source material, a book series centered around a young woman named Elena who becomes entangled between two vampire brothers -- one good and the other evil of course -- as they battle for her soul, but hopefully it'll at least be a fun time. We do know that McQueen isn't playing either of the vamps, but rather Elena's younger brother, Jeremy.
Warner Bros. TV is producing "Vampire Diaries" along with Alloy Entertainment, and as more details come in, we'll be sure to pass them along.

One remake from this past year that has everyone pretty much confused as to whether or not it sucked is The Uninvited. Was it bad? Well, come April 28, 2009, you'll have a chance to form your own opinion as that's when the flick hits home video.

I can't wait for TDA to read this story... :D

Jermey is not Elana's younger brother in the books, he's one of the jerks at her school. Now she has a younger SISTER named Meridith who is four.
I already cringe.
