Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will change the game for loyal fans of the series. Capcom has devised a special pre-order strategy giving out collectibles to those who order early, including a limited edition “Welcome to Raccoon City” replica sign from the game! Read on for details!

“A Special Edition of Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City will also be available featuring a copy of the Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City game, a Steelbook with exclusive art, stylized foil sleeve, Umbrella Security Service embroidered patch, Spec Ops Field Unit embroidered patch, and all 8 bonus weapons. The special edition will retail for $69.99,” Capcom revealed.
“Fans who pre-order the game with GameStop, Amazon, or Best Buy will receive an alternate costume pack for each of the six playable characters in Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City,” Capcom said, “along with two bonus weapons that are unique for each retailer:”

Also, pre-order the game from the Capcom store, and you get a free metal 18″ x 10″ “Welcome to Raccoon City” sign which is a replica of the sign in the game. This pre-order gift is limited to 1,000 pieces worldwide, which means if you want one, then you better pre-order today!
Resident Evil: Operation Raccoon City is out on March 20, 2012, for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and will be released later in 2012 for PC.
