Fresh Pics from Stag Night!
Being a world traveler, I've had the pleasure of riding underground transit systems all over the globe, and I can safely say that each and every one of them left me with mental pictures that will haunt me for the rest of my life.
While we're on the subject of subterranean transit horror (“A Stag Night to Remember” – November 2007), director Peter A. Dowling dropped us a line about his new project Stag Night. He's currently editing the film, and composer Benedikt Brydern (Dark Remains) is creating the score. Better yet, Pete sent us several stills from Stag Night hot off the editing room!
Stag Night revolves around a group of four men who are celebrating a bachelor's night out on the NY subway when they witness the death of a transit cop. The killer or killers don't take kindly to voyeurs and give chase.
Mr. Dowling says that the flick will have a "retro John Carpenter feel," and after checking out the stills below, I believe him. There's still no release date for the movie starring Vinessa Shaw, Breckin Meyer, Scott Adkins and Kip Pardue, but we'll update as soon as we find out.
