‘Vought Rising’: Amazon Loads Up on ‘The Boys’ Prequel Series Cast
Prime Video continues to expand Vought Rising, its The Boys prequel series that already has Jensen Ackles and Aya Cash set to reprise their roles as Soldier Boy and Stormfront from the flagship series.
James Wolk (Watchmen), Dylan Arnold (Lady in the Lake), Josh Randall (Station 19) and Chad Willett (Supernatural) have been cast in key recurring roles, reports Deadline.
Details on their characters are under wraps.
The Boys series executive producer Paul Grellong serves as executive producer and showrunner on Vought Rising, which comes from the main creative auspices behind The Boys franchise, led by the mothership’s developer, executive producer and showrunner Eric Kripke.
The fifth and final season of The Boys will premiere on April 8 with two episodes, followed by a new episode each week, leading up to the series finale on May 20.
