’28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’ Streaming on Netflix Later This Month

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple (review), the sequel to Danny Boyle’s 28 Years Later and directed by Candyman filmmaker Nia DaCosta, is set to stream on Netflix this coming March 31 under Sony Pictures’ “Pay-1” window deal with the streaming service.
The sequel is a continuation of the epic story where Dr. Kelson (Ralph Fiennes) finds himself in a shocking new relationship with consequences that could change the world as they know it, and Spike’s (Alfie Williams) encounter with Jimmy Crystal (Jack O’Connell) becomes a nightmare he can’t escape.
In the world of The Bone Temple, the infected are no longer the greatest threat to survival – the inhumanity of the survivors can be stranger and more terrifying.
It might not have been a box-office smash, but it was a mega-hit with both fans and critics. What did you think?
Our very own Josh Korngut reviewed the film, writing 28 Years Later is “an inventively brutal sequel that pushes boundaries to showcase what genre cinema is truly capable of.”
