Mosey on Down to Raptor Ranch
They’re not just raising cattle in Texas. They’re raising 70 million years of prehistoric terror. Move over Jurassic Park; here’s come Raptor Ranch! Yee-Haw!
Raptor Ranch is about exactly what you think: A modern day Texas community is overrun by vicious prehistoric velociraptors that obviously did not get the memo about being extinct. A group of people try to survive the raptor onslaught at a cattle ranch. The filmmakers are promising a bloodbath. I’m anticipating a movie that’s Carnosaur-o-riffic!
Produced by the appropriately named Fossil Films, Raptor Ranch is the product of filmmaker Dan Bishop. The film stars the likes of singer Jana, stand-up comic Rowdy Arroyo, Cody Vaughn, and Donny Boaz. I’ve never heard of any of them, either. We’re all tuning for the raptors anyway.
Raptor Ranch is reportedly bound for the Sci-Fi Channel sometime this Spring. You can get a taste of the cowpokin’ dino-on-human action by heading over to the film’s official website.
