Just by virtue of how awesome the title is, we couldn’t pass up this opportunity to let fans of horror writer/artist Roman Dirge know that Titan Comics is releasing a re-colored, remastered edition of Something at the Window Is Scratching, his collection of short illustrated poems, on July 22nd.

Something at the Window Is Scratching is a dark creation from the twisted mind of Lenore creator Dirge; from sinister to hilarious, these are macabre and twisted children’s tales for maladjusted adults.

The collection was re-colored by Dirge-approved artist Adam Bolton, who did the same work on another of Roman’s non-Lenore books, Cat with the Really Big Head.  Check out some of the fantastic interior art below, and pre-order your copy now!

Synopsis:
From sinister one-page poems like “Critter Pie” and “Pear Head Man and Bread Boy” to longer stories such as “The Sideways Man” and the title story, “Something at My Window is Scratching,” this is Roman at his most macabre best, short stories with creepy stings in their tales.
