Creepy ‘Obsession’ Clip Unleashes Star Inde Navarette as “Freaky Nikki”
The more I see of Obsession, the more it’s becoming my own obsession. I seriously cannot wait to see this film. And today, Focus Features has revealed a new clip that unleashes star Inde Navarette in her “Freaky Nikki” era. I am sufficiently chilled.
In Curry Barker‘s film, after breaking the mysterious “One Wish Willow” to win his crush’s heart, a hopeless romantic (Michael Johnston) finds himself getting exactly what he asked for but soon discovers that some desires come at a dark, sinister price.
The trailer is downright creepy, with Navarrette’s performance escalating from obsessive to violently unhinged, hinting at something demonic beneath it all.

Obsession features Inde Navarrett’s breakout role: “Her ghoulishness has all the makings of a newly minted horror icon. The film has been Rated R for “strong bloody violence, grisly images, sexual content, pervasive language, and brief graphic nudity.”
