‘Stranger Things: Tales From ’85’ Spin-Off Gets Acid-Soaked Character Posters
Odessa A’zion (Until Dawn, Hellraiser) joins Netflix’s animated Stranger Things: Tales From ’85 as Nikki Baxter (pictured above), a pivotal new character arriving in Hawkins when the series premieres April 23, 2026, reports Collider, which shares a batch of acid-soaked character posters from the series.
Set during the winter of 1985, Stranger Things: Tales From ’85 finds Hawkins entering a rare moment of calm. After years of government conspiracies, supernatural invasions, and battles with the Upside Down, life appears to have returned to normal for Eleven, Mike, Will, Dustin, Lucas, and Max.
Snow blankets the town as the group settles back into everyday routines filled with Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, snowball fights, and quiet afternoons. That peace, however, proves temporary. Beneath the frozen surface of Hawkins, something new has awakened, raising questions about whether the danger comes from the Upside Down, Hawkins Lab, or somewhere else entirely.
As a new mystery unfolds, the arrival of Nikki Baxter introduces a perspective that reshapes how this familiar world is seen.
