‘John Wick’ Breaks Arms, Stabs Faces and Shoots a Helluva a Lot of People in Ultra Violent Video Game Reveal Trailer

Saber Interactive has officially announced the John Wick video game with a gameplay trailer that’s brimming with ultra violence: people have their arms snapped, faces are blown off, and several people are stabbed to death. It’s as gory as any horror movie.
In partnership with Lionsgate, John Wick is coming to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series and PC, and has franchise star Keanu Reeves returning as the character, providing the look, voice, and more, while John Wick director Chad Stahelski is also intimately involved.
The game will feature an “original gameplay narrative set in the John Wick timeline years before the Impossible Task. It will expand on the franchise’s lore during that time with familiar characters fans already know and love, as well as compelling new ones created specifically for this production.”
“I can’t wait for fans to step into the shoes of John Wick and explore the multi-dimensional world of The High Table,” stated Jenefer Brown, President of Global Products & Experiences at Lionsgate. “We are collaborating closely with Saber’s dedicated team to develop a game that captures the unparalleled action, brand-defining fight choreography, immersive world-building, and authenticity of the films.”
“John Wick is one of the most iconic characters in action film history. Saber is honored to be working alongside Chad, Keanu and the Lionsgate team in a true collaboration to bring the world of Wick to life in a AAA game,” said Saber Interactive CEO Matthew Karch.
