If you thought Longlegs was scary, you have to see The Silence of the Lambs, especuially in theaters.

The lineup was revealed today for Fathom’s annual Big Screen Classics film series.

While we’re excited to see The Fifth Element, Willy Wonka, and even Citizen Kane on the big screen, we’re particularly pumped to grab some lotion and lather up for the 35th anniversary of The Silence of the Lambs.

Fathom will present a brand-new 4K remaster of the classic on two nights: April 26 and April 29.

The winner of 5 Academy Awards, including Best Picture, Best Director (Jonathan Demme), Best Actor (Anthony Hopkins) and Best Actress (Jodie Foster), The Silence of the Lambs is a modern-day, all-time great film.

On the hunt for an elusive serial killer who skins his female victims, the FBI assign trainee Clarice Starling (Foster) to interview Hannibal Lecter (Hopkins) – an imprisoned, cannibalistic psychopath who might be able to help uncover the killer’s identity. Lecter’s dazzling criminal genius unearths clues, but at the price of deadly mind games with the vulnerable Clarice.

For a thriller, it’s easily one of the scariest movies ever made.
