Shark. Die. Repeat. ‘Shark! Shark! Shark!’ Heading to EFM

Announced last November ahead of AFM, UK’s Altitude has boarded UK-US filmmaker Simon Berry’s feature debut, time-loop horror thriller Shark! Shark! Shark!, which is now heading to the EFM in Berlin with a really fun piece of sales art.

Described as an ingenious time-loop thriller, Shark! Shark! Shark! is said to be Happy Death Day meets Jaws. Shark. Die. Repeat. Perfect.

It follows a man who has given up everything searching for his missing sister, who disappeared two years ago in the Bermuda Triangle with her two friends. In his efforts to save them, he finds himself stuck in a deadly time loop with an apex predator and must find a way to save everyone without being eaten alive again and again and again.

Berry’s credits include short films Be My Eyes, Phoneutria, Mine, and Whistle, releasing from IFC and Shudder this weekend.

“When we read Simon and David’s bold and original take on a shark movie, we knew we had to be involved,” said Altitude’s Mike Runagall when originally announced. “We were surprised, thrilled and captivated by its sheer ingenuity and guile.” Altitude will also produce the project.
