One of the hottest, if not THE most anticipated horror film of the year is Curry Barker‘s festival smash hit Obsession, which sold for a whopping $15M+ out of the Toronto International Film Festival this summer. Read Josh’s review here.

Focus Features has shared with Dread Central a new official still and teaser poster, the latter prominently featuring the literal definition of “obsession.” The design is both eye-catching and deliberate, set against a striking red backdrop that underscores themes of rage and death long associated with the color in cinema. ob·ses·sion (n)

  1. A relentless attachment to an idea, feeling, or emotion; often paired with mental strain and physical unease.

Focus Features is bringing your new horror Obsession to theaters nationwide on May 15.
