First Look Trailer for Pom Klementieff-Led Thriller ‘Mi Amor’
French horror is back, baby. Late last night, the first international trailer for Mi Amor premiered online. Pom Klementieff stars in Guillaume Nicloux’s (To the Ends of the World) feature, co-written with Nathalie Leuthreau. Check the trailer out below:
In Mi Amor, a DJ touring the Canary Islands is met with danger after the disappearance of her friend and an encounter with the owners of an exotic animal sanctuary. Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, Benoît Magimel, Freya Mavor, and Anaël Snoek also star.
Mi Amor premiered at the International Film Festival Rotterdam this past weekend and will hit French theaters on May 6. Presently, Letterboxd reviews for the film are mixed, though with a propulsive score and remarkable talent involved, this is definitely one to keep your eye on.
Currently, there is no word on a US release, though Le Pacte is handling international sales. Stay tuned to Dread Central as we learn more.
