Black Mandala shares a first look at their latest title, Blood Covenant, a demonic horror film featuring an impressive cast.
Heading to the EFM in Berlin, Blood Covenant features a striking ensemble cast of internationally recognised genre favourites, including Joe Keery (“Stranger Things”), Maika Monroe (Longlegs, It Follows), Aria Bedmar (Hermana Muerte), Agustín Olcese (1978), and María Eugenia Rigón (Abrakadabra)!
In the film…
“A once-promising horror writer has hit rock bottom: years without success, drowning in debt, and on the verge of collapse. In desperation, he performs an occult ritual to summon a demon who promises to give him the stories he can no longer write. The pact works—but at a terrible cost.
“Each new story demands a sacrifice: a pound of flesh. As his fame grows, his body and soul deteriorate, and inspiration becomes inseparable from pain.”
