Shudder’s ‘Dolly’ Poster – Mommy Knows Best
Shudder shares with Dread the official theatrical poster for Dolly, their shot-on-Super-16mm film folk horror that will open in limited theaters on March 6, 2026.
In the film, “a young woman, Macy, fights for survival after being abducted by a deranged, monster-like figure who wants to raise Macy as their child. “
It’s described as a daring blend of New French Extremity and 1970s American horror.
Rod Blackhurst (Night Swim) directs the film that’s based on their 2022 short Babygirl.
Fabianne Therese (John Dies at the End), Seann William Scott (The Wrath of Becky, Bloodline), Ethan Suplee (Mallrats), and pro wrestler Max the Impaler star.
