Beloved actress Christina Ricci is set to star in Peacock’s “The Astrology House” series adaptation, reports Deadline this afternoon.

Based on Carinn Jade’s novel of the same, the series “follows the cosmically intertwined lives of Rini and Margot (Ricci). When Rini invites Margot and her family-and-friend group to vacation at her astrology retreat, long-held resentments, secrets and lies boil over, culminating in death.”

Ricci endeared herself to genre fans everywhere with her role as Wednesday Addams in the Barry Sonnenfeld Addams Family films (a universe she would later return to in the Netflix series, “Wednesday”). A child star, she also appeared in films such as Casper and Small Soldiers, as well as the recent hit series, “Yellowjackets”.

Pretty Little Liars: Original Sin” co-creator Lindsay Calhoon Bring is writing the adaptation, which is produced by Universal Television, a division of Universal Studio Group. She also worked as a writer on Netflix’s “Chilling Adventures of Sabrina“.
