‘Sender’ – Jamie Lee Curtis Produces SXSW Thriller [Image]
This year’s SXSW Film Festival is a doozy and loaded with brand new genre films we’ll hopefully be seeing in theaters (or streaming) later in the year.
We’ve been detailing all the new movies and first-look images here, and have another in Sender, which is produced by none other than Jamie Lee Curtis, who also makes an appearance in the film!
In Sender, “After receiving a series of unwanted packages containing unnervingly targeted items, a woman (Britt Lower) tumbles down a paranoid rabbit hole to find her mysterious sender. “
Russell Goldman (Mother Nature) writes and directs Sender, which also stars Rhea Seehorn (“Pluribus”), Anna Baryshnikov (Love Lies Bleeding), David Dastmalchian (Late Night with the Devil), Utkarsh Ambudkar (“Ghosts”), Mike Mitchell (“Twisted Metal”), Edward Torres (Return to Sender), Alyssa Limperis (“What We Do in the Shadow”), and Inger Stratton.
Molly Hallam and Jake Katofsky also produce.
Sender will be premiering this March in Austin, Texas.
