Religious Horror ‘Diabolic’ Gets an ‘AHS’-Inspired Poster [Exclusive]

Brainstorm Media has shared with Dread Central an exclusive look at the poster art for possession horror Diabolic.
The theatrical one sheet called to mind the awesome art campaign for FX’s “American Horror Story”, which is the perfect marriage, being that this is a religious-themed horror film.
Directed by Daniel J. Phillips and starring Elizabeth Cullen (Elvis), John Harlan Kim (The Little Things), and Mia Challis (Outer Banks), the film explores what happens when a woman joins a so-called “healing” ceremony conducted by the Fundamentalist Latter-Day Saints (FLDS), and unleashes something far darker.
“A woman’s hope for a miracle cure turns into a nightmare when she confronts the vengeful spirit of a cursed witch, determined to claim her as a vessel for her evil power.”
“We’ve tried to imbue every frame with dread, and create something that audiences can really sink their teeth into. It’s relentless, unsettling, and everything I’ve ever wanted to bring to the horror genre,” said Phillips when the film hit markets. “Get ready, because this is the kind of horror that stays with you.”
Brainstorm will be releasing in select theaters and on demand on February 20th.
