Kong Gets Stoned at Cannes

Godzilla may be getting all the giant monster love right now (and rightly so) but something else big is stomping around the Cannes Film Market. That’s right, kids! Kong is back like you’ve NEVER seen him before! Read on for details and a trailer.

As per Variety Aquamen Entertainment have released the first trailer for the $40-million 3D animation feature, Kong from producers Jeongjung Kim and Gary Lee.

The feature, a 3D animated science-fiction film based on the Asian tale of ‘Sun Wukong’ (commonly called the Monkey King), will be co-developed along with a major Korean animation studio and the backing of the Chinese Cultural Chamber of Commerce of the Private Sector.
