‘GRIND’: Help Bring a New Star-Studded Cosmic Horror Project To Life!

Are you ready for a cosmic horror project unlike anything you’ve seen in recent memory? GRIND is a star-studded genre affair that is currently crowdfunding, and it’s your chance to get in on the intergalactic action.

The film follows a group of college students holding a midnight grindhouse film festival.  As the festival ramps up, they discover a cursed arthouse film called “The Creeping Chaos.”  As with any good old-fashioned horror movie, they make the mistake of playing the film and unleashing absolute chaos.

With our help, GRIND is scheduled to begin shooting in late 2024 on location in Pittsburgh, PA. The project is aiming high for a theatrical release, and with the significant talent they’ve got in line, we think they’ve got a solid shot at making this happen.

The creative team at production house Cineworx consists of co-writer/director Mark Cantu (Massacre Academy, Wolf Hollow);  producers Felissa Rose (Sleepaway Camp) and Daniel John Kearney; co-writer/producers Brian Bell and Brian Ceponis; co-writer Lance Reedinger; and executive producers  Scott Alan Ward (Craving, Macabre Mountain, Wolf Hollow, Isleen Pines) and Kent Collins (Go Away, Crust,  New Fears Eve, The Slasher Nurse).
