Mother will NOT be pleased about this latest bit of casting news! Norman is getting a new girlfriend in Season 2 of A&E’s “Bates Motel” and even weirder? She kind of looks like him. Seriously, she could be his sister. How’s that for creepy?
Deadline reports that Paloma Kwiatkowski (pictured; Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Sea of Monsters) has booked a recurring role on the hit show. She will play Cody Brennan, a small town party girl who befriends Norman (Freddie Highmore) and bonds with him, showing him how having fun and “acting out” can sublimate pain – at least for a while. We learned about this blooming romance on the horizon for Norman during our 2013 San Diego Comic-Con coverage of “Bates Motel.”
More soon. If you haven’t yet checked out Season 1…
