‘Suitable Flesh’ Trailer: Joe Lynch Delivers Sexy New Body-Swap Horror
New from contemporary horror master Joe Lynch is Suitable Flesh. Written by Dennis Paoli, the film is a contemporary adaption of the H.P. Lovecraft story “The Thing On The Doorstep”. Lynch and Paoli together take the source material and make something sexy, raunchy, and disgusting that would make Lovecraft roll in his grave. And yes, that is a good thing.

In his review of the film from the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival, Dread Central’s Josh Korngut wrote,
“Suitable Flesh feels like a horror film for horror fans and even horror filmmakers, for that matter. It’s wacky, gory, and even a touch politically incorrect when it suits the story. At its core, this is a body-swap adventure. Even with the added layer of an unknowable Lovecraftian force acting as the agent of chaos, the setup is fairly simple and equally familiar. What sets it apart is its willingness to go the extra mile into bizarre, sticky, and completely uncomfortable territory.”
Heather Graham, Judah Lewis, Bruce Davison, Johnathon Schaech, and Barbara Crampton star in the film.
Suitable Flesh comes to theaters and everywhere you rent movies on October 27, 2023.
