Read the full synopsis below:

Beaten To Death unfolds after a desperate choice leads a man named Jack down a path that leaves him beaten and bruised as he struggles against man, nature, and his own insanity. Stranded in the middle of nowhere after barely surviving a horrific assault, Jack encounters one local after another and quickly learns that a sick game of cat and mouse is about to begin. Battling the deranged country psychos and the harsh landscape, Jack must go to extreme lengths to survive.

Beaten To Death has its world premiere at Australia’s A Night Of Horror International Film Festival. Since then, it’s toured festivals around the world, disgusting and terrifying viewers. Director Sam Curtain is certainly ushering in a new era of extreme Australian cinema, following in the footsteps of Wolf Creek, The Loved Ones, and Hounds of Love.

In her review from Panic Fest, Dread Central’s Mary Beth McAndrews wrote,

Fans of the subgenre will be pleased with the abjection and nihilism on display, but if gore isn’t your thing, you won’t get much out of Beaten To Death. Ultimately, the film delivers on its title’s promise and gives you a non-stop nightmare where skin is ripped, bone is snapped, and spirits are broken.

Check out the poster below, and get ready to feel the pain when the trailer launches tomorrow, Wednesday, August 23, 2023.
