The #2 thriller series on Netflix today has been hanging out at the top of the charts for over a month now. Y’all seem to have fallen for The Night Agent because it’s still the reigning king on Netflix’s TV (English) charts.

About the series:

Based on the novel by Matthew Quirk, The Night Agent is a sophisticated, character-based, action-thriller centering on a low-level FBI Agent who works in the basement of the White House, manning a phone that never rings — until the night that it does, propelling him into a fast-moving and dangerous conspiracy that ultimately leads all the way to the Oval Office.

The Night Agent is based on a novel of the same name written by Matthew Quirk. It was adapted for television by Shawn Ryan. It stars Gabriel Basso, Luciane Buchanan, Fola Evans-Akingbola, Hong Chau, and D.B. Woodside.

The show is not just popular among us randos, but it also got noticed by Stephen King himself. The legend referred to it as “Ridiculously entertaining.” So, that should be all they need to get greenlit for a second season, right?
