Netflix & Tim Burton’s ‘Wednesday’ Addams Series Debuts First Look At Its Full Cast [Images]
Today we got our first detailed look at the cast of Tim Burton’s forthcoming Netflix project Wednesday. Vanity Fair has debuted images of the ensemble who will soon appear in The Addams Family television project starring Jenna Ortega (X, Scream) in its title role.
Catherine Zeta-Jones (Chicago) and Luis Guzmán (Boogie Nights) are also in the hotly anticipated Netflix series, playing Morticia Addams and Gomez Addams. The show is a live-action, comedic coming-of-age tale. Wednesday is created by Al Gough and Miles Millar, the creative team behind the YA classic series Smallville.
Wednesday sees its title character attending the Nevermore Academy where she will do her best to engage with her psychic abilities, end a murderous rampage, solve mysteries, and even encounter new friendships and romances. The Netflix series marks the first time Tim Burton has directed for television in a long while.

“It's not trying to be the movies or the '60s TV show,” Miles Millar tells V.F. “That was very important to us and very important to Tim.”
