Thora Birch Teasing Her Return in New HOCUS POCUS?

Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and also Kathy Najimy will return as the Sanderson Sisters in Anne Fletcher’s Hocus Pocus 2 on Disney+ in the fall of 2022! And today, original star Thora Birch might be teasing her return over on Twitter.

Now, obviously, she could just, you know be excited about the new film. But they HAVE to bring her back, right?
“We should be laughing every day, and there is so much fun to be had with these three unbelievable women playing delicious characters from such a beloved film,” Fletcher tells The Hollywood Reporter.
She adds, “I am so grateful to be able to play a part in bringing these witches back to life, and to be working with my friends at Disney again makes it all the more special. This is a movie for everyone, from the fans who grew up with the first film to the next generation of viewers, and I can’t wait to get started.”
Hocus Pocus 2 will begin filming early next year in L.A. and also Massachusetts.
The original Hocus Pocus (directed by Kenny Ortega) centered on some kids who accidentally frees a coven of evil witches. With the help of a magical cat must steal the witches’ book of spells and stop them from becoming immortal.
