Katt Williams Too Busy to Shoot Faizon Love – Shooting Scary Movie 5 Instead

Fresh off of waving a gun in the face of fellow comedian Faizon Love, the inimitable Katt Williams has joined the cast of the upcoming sequel that everyone is waiting for… Scary Movie 5! Ummm… woo hoo?

According to THR, the actor, rapper and stand-up comedian will join Lindsay Lohan, Mike Tyson, Heather Locklear and Charlie Sheen in the fifth outing of the popular spoof franchise. Kate Walsh, Ashley Tisdale, and Lil Duval also co-star.

Malcolm Lee is directing Scary Movie 5 from a script penned by David Zucker. The plot involves three dancers — one veteran performer and two upstarts who are also best friends — who vie for the lead in a new production from a snooty, aloof, imperious, and oversexed director. It will spoof Black Swan, Paranormal Activity, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and 127 Hours.

Look for the flick in theatres on April 12th, as it lays defenseless at the box office opposite the Evil Dead remake.
