Gaten Matarazzo: New STRANGER THINGS Season Is the Scariest

The fourth season of Netflix’s hit series Stranger Things is now filming. And today, star Gaten Matarazzo teases that the upcoming season will be the scariest yet.
Matarazzo tells US Weekly: “Yikes. I think most would probably say it’s the scariest [season] out of the previous three, which I love because it’s very fun to film.”
Bring it on, I say!
David Harbour also recently teased Stranger Things 4 is his “favorite” yet. He says: “This season is my favorite. [Hopper] really is going to show you some new colors and what he’s really made up of.”
He adds: “And one of the great things that you can see with Hopper is that he was a protector, he’s a man of justice [and] he now has become a prisoner. He’s trapped and he’s isolated. And we get to see an entirely other color of him that has been hinted at… You really do get to see a lot of his backstory. Who he was as a warrior in a sense. And sort of the mistakes he made in the past come back to visit him.“

Stranger Things 4 is now filming. The series has added eight new cast members including Robert Englund, Jamie Campbell Bower, Eduardo Franco, and more.

The Duffer Brothers created Stranger Things which is inspired by the works of Steven Spielberg, John Carpenter, and also Stephen King. Set in the 1980s in the fictional town of Hawkins, Indiana, the first season focused on the disappearance of a young boy and also the appearance of a girl with psychokinetic abilities.
