David Howard Thornton Talks “More Sadistic” Art the Clown in TERRIFIER 2 + Trilogy Plans

We still don’t have a release date for Terrifier 2, but franchise star David Howard Thornton (the actor who plays Art the Clown) sat down with Spain’s biggest horror website, CineFantastico.com, to dish some delicious details!
Synopsis:
After being resurrected by a sinister entity, Art the Clown returns to Miles County where he must hunt down and destroy a teenage girl and her younger brother on Halloween night.
Terrifier 2 is written and directed by Damien Leone; the film stars Felissa Rose, David Howard Thornton, Casey Hartnett, and Lauren LaVera.
On what we can expect form Art the Clown in Terrifier 2:
Art is a bit more confident in himself after being brought back from the dead and has an agenda. He’s a lot more ruthless and sadistic in this one too. We have not pulled back with him at all. The last third of the movie is especially relentless and nuts!

On the possibility of a Terrifier Trilogy:
Oh yes. We definitely have more to tell. We already know how we want to start and end the next one. We are already brainstorming some fun ideas for everything in between as well. It’s going to be fun!
