Adam Wingard’s epic monster mash Godzilla Vs Kong will smash into theaters and onto HBO Max on May 2021. And today we also have an all-new logo.

Here’s the kick-ass plot synopsis. Humanity’s fight for its future sets Godzilla and Kong on a collision course. And the two most powerful forces of nature on the planet collide in a spectacular battle for the ages. Monarch embarks on a perilous mission into uncharted terrain. They unearth clues to the Titans’ origins. A human conspiracy threatens to wipe the creatures from the face of the earth forever.
Wingard directs Godzilla Vs Kong from a script written by Eric Pearson and also Max Borenstein. Terry Rossio, Michael Dougherty, and Zach Shields penned the story based on Godzilla by Toho and King Kong by Edgar Wallace and Merian C. Cooper.

Godzilla Vs Kong stars Alexander Skarsgård (The Stand), Millie Bobby Brown, and also Rebecca Hall. Brian Tyree Henry co-stars with Shun Oguri, Eiza González, Jessica Henwick, Julian Dennison, Kyle Chandler, and Demián Bichir. Mary Parent produced with Alex Garcia, Eric McLeod, and also Brian Rogers. The Mayan half-man, half-bat monster god Titanus Camazotz may be featured in the film. Described as being like “darkness,” the new Titan is the “embodiment of nightmares.”
Rated PG-13 for “intense sequences of creature violence/destruction and also brief language,” Godzilla Vs Kong is currently set to be released on May 21, 2021.
