Santa Turns Into a Werewolf in Christmas Horror-Comedy FROST BITE Now Filming
Mark Arnold, who starred alongside Michael J. Fox in the classic 1985 werewolf comedy Teen Wolf, is returning to screens in a brand new werewolf comedy.
Frost Bite asks, “What happens when Santa Claus turns into a werewolf on Christmas Eve?” Filming started on September 15th. This is the next project from the Haunted Cinema team (whose latest feature They’re Outside is receiving its World Premiere at the UK’s FrightFest digital edition).
Also teaming up on the project are British horror royalty Emily Booth (Quentin Tarantino’s Grindhouse) and Nicholas Vince (Clive Barker’s Hellraiser) who are also both in They’re Outside. Legendary drive-in film critic and Shudder personality Joe Bob Briggs will have a special voice cameo on the film as well!
Frost Bite is aiming for a 2021 summer release; you can follow the film online, HERE.
Director Airell Hayles says of the project, “I love Christmas horror movies, and to work with this cast on such a crazy story really is another nightmare come true, after our first film received its FrightFest screening.”
We’ll keep you posted on Frost Bite‘s progress as details emerge.
