Universal Pictures will unleash Rusty Cundieff and Darin Scott’s Tales from the Hood 3 with Tony Todd on DVD and Digital on October 6th. No special features are listed but it’s worth noting that the film is all set to hit Syfy this Halloween as well.

Plot details are still under wraps but we do know this all-new anthology features four terrifying tales with bring both horrifying twists and social commentary.
We also know the film is horrific enough to snag an R-rating for “horror violence, disturbing images, sexual content, and language including racist epithets.”
Rusty Cundieff and Darin Scott (Tales from the Hood and Tales from the Hood 2) return to write and direct this new anthology which stars Tony Todd with London Brown, Cooper Huckabee, Patrick Emmanuel Abellard, Sage Arrindell, Savannah Basley, Jaime M. Callica, and Lynn Whitfield. Spike Lee executive produces.
