Stephen King’s LITTLE GREEN GOD OF AGONY Movie in the Works at Lionsgate

Lionsgate is developing an adaptation of Stephen King’s Little Green God of Agony with Fear The Walking Dead co-showrunner Ian Goldberg & Richard Naing (Eli, The Autopsy Of Jane Doe) penning the script.

We’ll let you know when we hear more.

The short story was published in A Book of Horrors and The Bazaar of Bad Dreams and follows an RN hired to care for a wealthy client who has gone from doctor to doctor trying to find a cure for his pain to no avail. She is convinced that he would overcome the injuries he sustained in an airplane crash but he is unwilling to endure the pain of physical therapy. In desperation, he has hired a healer who promises to “expel” his pain.

The story was adapted by Dennis Calero (X-Men Noir, Devil Inside) into a webcomic that ran exclusively at StephenKing.com. Read it HERE.
