Stephen King Wants To Make Sure You’re Watching Netflix’s Dark & Complex Sci-Fi Series DARK

Still haven’t check out Netflix’s German science fiction thriller series Dark? Well, Stephen King is out and about praising the series (again).
This time he writes: “DARK (Netflix) is dark and complex…and…well…very German. Terrific show. If you get confused, go to MetaWitches and check out Metacrone’s recaps. Detailed and helpful. You think the world is going to shit, then you find out other people are watching DARK and you say THANK YOU GOD, THERE’S HOPE!“

Co-created by Baran bo Odar and Jantje Friese, Dark debuted in December 2017, becoming Netflix’s first German original series.
For those that might not know, Dark explores the existential implications of time and its effects upon human nature. More specifically, it’s set in the fictional German town of Winden and follows the aftermath of a child’s disappearance, which exposes the secrets of, and hidden connections among four estranged families as they slowly unravel a sinister time travel conspiracy which spans several generations.
