Laugh in the Face of Fear: Freddy Krueger Sings “Dreamer’s Paradise” (Coolio Parody)

Let’s hope Coolio likes this one better than Weird Al’s parody!

We’re huge fans of The Merkins, a merry band of musicians whose wit matches their technical abilities. They’ve got a knack for creating horror-themed parodies of classic hits from the 1980s. The first caught out attention about a year ago when they assembled the Slashstreet Boys, a parody group comprised of horror’s most beloved icons.

Their latest video features Freddy Krueger singing “Dreamer’s Paradise”, a parody of “Gasngsta’s Paradise” by Coolio. Give it a spin embedded at the top of the article!
