We’re huge fans of The Merkins, a merry band of musicians whose wit matches their technical abilities. They’ve got a knack for creating horror-themed parodies of classic hits from the 1980s. The first caught out attention about a year ago when they assembled the Slashstreet Boys, a parody group comprised of horror’s most beloved icons.
Their latest video features Ghostface singing “I Just Called to Say I’ll Kill You”, a parody of “I Just Called to Say I Love You” by Stevie Wonder. Give it a spin embedded at the top of the article!
The Merkins are Richie Clayton, Matt Helmick, and Nate Vaill.
