THIRTEEN GHOSTS Collector’s Edition Blu-ray Splits You In Half Length-Wise On 6/9

Director Steve Beck’s gory 2001 remake of William Castle’s Thirteen Ghosts is coming to Blu-ray in an all-new definitive Blu-ray release via Scream Factory this summer.

Presented as a Collector’s Edition, it comes guaranteed with a slipcover in its first three months of release. The newly commissioned artwork comes to us from artist Joel Robinson.

Check it out below!

This art will be front-facing and the reverse side of the wrap will feature the original theatrical artwork. New extras are in progress and will be announced on a later date around May.

Rated R for horror violence/gore, nudity and some language, the film was – at its release – a state-of-the-art remake of the classic William Castle horror film about a family that inherits a spectacular old house from an eccentric uncle. There’s just one problem: the house seems to have a dangerous agenda all its own. Trapped in their new home by strangely shifting walls, the family encounters powerful and vengeful entities that threaten to annihilate anyone in their path.

The film sports a mere 15% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: “The production design is first-rate, but 13 Ghosts is distinctly lacking in scares.”

No pun intended but – boo!

Pre-order links are coming soon. If you order directly from shoutfactory.com, the first 500 orders will include an exclusive limited-edition 18” x 24” rolled poster of the exclusive new illustration.

Scream Factory unleashes Thirteen Ghosts onto Blu-ray on June 9, 2020. Will you be snagging a copy? Let us know in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram
