The third season of Netflix and The Duffer Brothers’ loveable series Stranger Things hit back on the fourth of July to rave reviews and huge streaming numbers. And today we’re hearing, according to a recent report by Netflix Life, that Stranger Things 4 has started production!
Production is scheduled to run from January to August 2020.
Season 3 picked back up in the summer of 1985 with the Hawkins crew on the cusp of adulthood. Romance blossoms and complicates the group’s dynamic, and they’ll have to figure out how to grow up without growing apart. Meanwhile, danger looms. When the town’s threatened by enemies old and new, Eleven and friends are reminded that evil never ends; it evolves. Now they’ll have to band together to survive and remember that friendship is stronger than fear.
The third season saw the return of Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Sadie Sink, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, Noah Schnapp, Dacre Montgomery, Charlie Heaton, Natalia Dyer, Joe Keery, Priah Ferguson, Winona Ryder, and David Harbour. They were joined by Ethan Hawke and Uma Thurman’s daughter, Maya Hawke, along with Francesca Reale (Haters Back Off), Jake Busey (Identity), and Cary Elwes (Saw, The Princess Bride).
