It centers on an agoraphobic child psychologist who befriends a neighbor across the street, only to see her own life turned upside down when the woman disappears and she suspects foul play. Shocking secrets are revealed, and no one—and nothing—is what it seems.
It stars Amy Adams as Dr. Anna Fox, Gary Oldman as Alistair Russell, Anthony Mackie as Edward “Ed” Fox, Fred Hechinger as Ethan Russell, Wyatt Russell as David Winters, Brian Tyree Henry as Detective Little, Jennifer Jason Leigh as Jane Russell, Julianne Moore as Jane Russell, Jeanine Serralles as Detective Norelli, Mariah Bozeman as Olivia Fox, and Liza Colón-Zayas as Bina.
The Woman in the Window is directed by Joe Wright and produced by Scott Rudin, Eli Bush, and Anthony Katagas from a screenplay written by Tracy Letts based on the novel by A. J. Finn. 20th Century Fox will unleash the new thriller into a theater near you on May 15, 2020.
