The seventh entry in the Tremors series is now filming. And today we have your first look at Michael Gross’s new look as Burt Gummer in Tremors: Island Fury.
The actor shared the pic over on his Facebook page along with the comment: “Burt Gummer as you’ve never seen him before!!! Why does your favorite Graboid-fighter look like this in the latest Tremors film?!? Buckle your seat belts, Tremors Movie Fans!“

Along with Gross, Tremors: Island Fury stars Jon Heder, Richard Brake, Caroline Langrishe, Jackie Cruz, Cassie Clare, Sahajak Boonthanakit, Matthew Douglas, Randy Kalsi, Bear Williams, David Asavanond, Boonma Lamphon, Aukrawut Rojaunawat, Iris Park as, and Mikey Black. Jamie Kennedy will not return.
Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell director Don Michael Paul returns to helm Tremors: Island Fury from a screenplay written by Brian Brightly. The new film will obviously see the return of the deadly Graboids, but this time they are illegally brought in to a new island resort by a rich playboy looking for a trophy hunt.

The last entry in the franchise was Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell. It centered on good old Burt Gummer who suspects that giant worms are being utilized as weapons at a research facility in Canada. He soon finds himself in a race against time to create an antidote from one of the creature’s venom to save his own life.
Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell was directed by Don Michael Paul from a screenplay written by John Whelpley based on characters created by S. S. Wilson, Brent Maddock, and Ron Underwood. Mike Elliott produced and the film starred Michael Gross, Jamie Kennedy, Tanya van Graan, and Jamie-Lee Money. Universal 1440 Entertainment released it back on May 1, 2018.
