Printed in Blood To Release Gorgeous Artbook Celebrating STRANGER THINGS

In summer of 2017, publisher and curator Printed in Blood released a stunning 400-page hardcover artbook celebrating John Carpenter’s sci-fi/horror classic The Thing. Featuring 350 artists and over 375 pieces of original artwork, the book included an introduction by Eli Roth and an afterward by Carpenter himself. To this day, it’s one of my most prized possessions and something I never get sick of flipping through.

This October, Printed in Blood is teaming up with Penguin Random House Del Rey to release a new hardcover book full of original artwork and this one takes us to the sleepy town of Hawkins, Indiana. That’s right, this new book, which features over 200 brand new images from over 200 artists across more than 300 pages, is all about the hit Netflix series Stranger Things!

Titled Visions From the Upside Down, the artwork will be inspired by, “…comics, illustration, fine art, videogames, and animation.” And to give you a taste of what’s to come, we have two exclusive images as well as a look at the cover and a piece of art by Bill Sienkiewicz.

Pre-orders are already open for what is sure to be a limited item.
